The Department
Service - The TS Racing Service Department is a critical player in our operations. The Service department provides all labor services to our customers.  This department includes; 4 cycle engine service, 2 cycle engine service, multiple dynamometers, kart assembly, customer kart service, tire management, race team management, machine shop and research and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the 4 cycle engine department
• Supervision of the 2 cycle engine department
• Scheduling of incoming work for engine or karts shop
• Coordination with the race team
• Management of personnel in the service department
• Analysis of department costs and income
• Work with customers in person and by telephone
• Preparation of karts and equipment for race weekends
• Fulfill orders for karts, engines and equipment
• Insure adequate supplies for the department
• Attending staff meetings
• Provide status to management on work load and task assignments
• Interact with shop personnel to ensure work instructions are accurate
• Prioritize workloads based on schedules provided
• Process the necessary documentation to complete job assignments and resolve discrepancies in order to expedite the flow of material
• Resolve discrepancies arising from incorrect paperwork or other related problems

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience with customer service
• Experience with computer systems
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work with deadlines
