INSTALLATION
OF ANIMAL FUEL PUMP
THANK YOU
FOR PURCHASING THE ANIMAL FUEL PUMP KIT FROM TS RACING, INC.
- Remove
the black top cover from the engine in order to attach the fuel pump to
the cover.
- Drill
two holes in the front left corner of the cover (the on/off switch is to
the front/side of the cover) and attach the fuel pump securely with the
bolts (use the bolts on the fuel pump) and nuts provided. When you mount the fuel pump, mount so
that the vacuum and fuel connectors point toward the driver.
- Remove
the white plug located at the top of the crankcase side cover. Replace
with the new white plug provided.
- Using
a piece (6” to 8”) of the clear fuel line provided, attach it from the
bottom connector of the fuel pump (on the side with two connectors) to the
white plug you installed on the crankcase side cover.
- Attach
a piece of the clear fuel line (provided) from the fuel tank to the inlet
on the opposite side (single inlet side) of the fuel pump. (Note the
arrows on top of fuel pump)
- Attach
the remaining clear fuel line to the exit side of the fuel pump (see arrows
on top of fuel pump). Insert the reducer fitting (provide) to connect the
clear fuel line and the yellow fuel line. Attach the yellow fuel line to
the brass fitting on the carburetor.
PS: DON’T FORGET TO PUT OIL IN YOUR ENGINE
