TS Bead Breaker - Mini Press
To break down a tire. Place the wheel into the bead breaker and center under the hydraulic jack.
Place the correct size tire ring on top of the wheel. Make sure to have the tire ring offset on the tire. See photos.
If breaking down a narrow wheel, screw the top of the jack down to match you wheel size. For very narrow wheels, as in 4.5 inches, you will need to place a spacer under the wheel. A block of wood will accomplish this. It is always a good idea to place a small piece of carpet or a rag under your wheel to prevent scratching. After setting the wheel in the unit, close the valve on the jack and pump the handle to press down the ring. Turn over the wheel to break down the other side.
The unit also works great as a small press. It can be used for pressing bearings and sleeves as well as many other uses.
